A GOOD START WITH HOSTINGOT

A new home. For what you have already built.

Moving a website starts with careful preparation. Map your current setup, check your backup and coordinate the move before changing DNS.

This page helps you prepare a WordPress move. Contact us first to discuss the options and schedule for your website.

1. Map your website

Note your WordPress version, plugins, database, storage usage and domain name. Also check where your email is hosted.

2. Create a recovery point

Keep a full copy of your files and database. Check that it can be used and keep your existing hosting active while preparing.

3. Check before switching

Test pages, forms and any order flows in the new environment. Then schedule the DNS change and check your website and email again.

PREPARE TOGETHER

Every website has its own story.

A simple blog needs a different approach from a shop with active orders. Describe your current website and intended move through support. Do not include passwords or access keys in your first message.
