The panel in brief

Everything you have with us is in one place: the panel. You sign in with your e-mail address and your password, and there you see what is running, what you have ordered and what is going on.

What you find in the panel

• **Overview**: your hosting at a glance, with your package and what it costs
• **My services**: create, view and manage a service
• **Orders**: what you have ordered and the state it is in
• **Activity**: what happened to your services, with a timestamp
• **Support**: ask a question and read the answer
• **Pages**: the texts and images of this site, without a developer
• **Account**: your details, your password and two-step verification

Why the panel belongs with your service

A website you can maintain yourself is a website that does not come to a standstill. So everything you can do with your service — apart from the things only we can do — is in the panel, and not in an email exchange with us.

Two steps for your account

A password on its own is weak if anyone can guess it. That is why the panel can turn on two-step verification: after your password the site asks for a code as well. If you change your password, you can also revoke the old one from a device you recognise.
