- How do I cancel my subscription, and what happens to my service afterwards?
- Answer
- You report your cancellation with the form on **/support**. You immediately get a ticket number and follow the progress on the status link that comes with it; if you are logged in, you find your ticket back in the panel. Two things we cannot say yet: how much notice period applies, and how long we keep your service and your data after cancelling. That has not been decided, and we will say it only once it is.
